Dupa Enough Said, minunata Julia Louis-Dreyfus colaboreaza din nou cu cineasta Nicole Holofcener la o noua comedie plina de emotie, You Hurt My Feelings – primul film al acestea in 10 ani.
You Hurt My Feelings spune povestea unei romanciere a carei casnicii de lunga durata este testata atunci cand aude, fara sa vrea, parerea sincera a sotului despre viitoarea ei carte. Tobias Menzies, Owen Teague, Michaela Watkins, Arian Moayed, Amber Tamblyn, David Cross si Zach Cherry joaca de asemenea in noul film.
You Hurt My Feelings a avut premiera in cadrul Festivalului de Film Sundance 2023, unde scenarista/ regizoare a declarat ca si-a imaginat-o imediat pe Louis-Dreyfus in rolul principal: “I knew how brilliantly she’d do this. If I was wondering if this was too sappy or too silly, I was like, ‘No. It’s going to work out. She’s just going to nail it,’” Holofcener recalled, citing their shared sense of humor. “My movies are so personal, so I feel like, ‘Well, if you really like me but don’t get my movies, then I instinctively feel like you don’t get me,’ which is weird because they’re not me. And yet, I’m so vulnerable and sensitive to that. I just thought that was an interesting thing to ponder and play out”.
Filmul va avea premiera in cinematografe pe 26 mai 2023!
