Nomadland si Rocks se afla pe primul loc, cu 7 nominalizari fiecare, fiind urmate indeaproape de The Father, Mank, Minari si Promising Young Woman (6 nominalizari), in timp ce The Dig si The Mauritanian au obtinut 5 nominalizari la Premiile BAFTA din acest an.

Pentru prima data in istorie, la categoria cel mai bun regizor sunt nominalizate 4 femei – o diferenta considerabila fata de anul trecut cand, la aceasta categorie, au fost nominalizati numai barbati.

Ceremonia din acest an va avea loc in weekend-ul 10-11 aprilie 2021 si va fi difuzat (virtual) de la Royal Albert Hall din Londra. In cadrul primului show vor fi acordate premiile tehnice, in timp ce duminica vor fi decernate Premiile BAFTA la principalele categorii.
